As a prinicipal investigator (PI) you are responsible for ensuring that ETOP IBCSG Partners trials are conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of participants.

Your site must be adequately equipped and set up for participation in research projects and clinical trials. All our sites and investigators must adhere to the GCP requirements, comply with local regulations and follow our ETOP IBCSG Partners policies. In addition, we expect that our PIs have the necessary experience in participating in academic research and show a high degree of commitment to the trial.

You will be subject to a diligent site evaluation and selection process. As part of the ETOP IBCSG Partners sponsor’s responsibility and operational procedure to get to know the institutions of new principal investigators, we created a questionnaire.

This information is then also the basis for future collaboration and at the same time will facilitate the process of trial activation.
