The ETOP Residential Workshops have become a successful tradition. The format of bringing young investigators and experienced faculty together offers a unique opportunity to young researchers to exchange research ideas and learn from the experts in the field of thoracic oncology.
This year’s Workshop was held 1-3 November 2023 in Zurich, Switzerland. Twenty-nine young investigators attended the workshop that was led by 15 faculty members, all leading experts in the field of thoracic oncology and statistics. The program focused on current trends in research and cancer care. One of the key elements of the ETOP Residential Workshops are the participant’s presentation of their own research projects. These excellent presentations were followed by lively discussions chaired by the senior scientists from the faculty.
This 12th edition of the ETOP Residential Workshop was another great success and we certainly look forward to continuing this tradition and to welcome you at the next ETOP Residential Workshop.
The workshop was financed by the generous support from Abbie, Amgen, BMS, Gilead, GSK, Janssen, Lilly, Mirati, Novocure, Regeneron, Roche, Seagen and Takeda.
